Upon completion of the auction, the credit card on file of successful bidders will be charged
automatically for the invoices under $1500 and an invoice will be emailed to each bidder.

All successful bidders enter into a binding contract and are obligated to pay in full for all
awarded items within 24 hours of receiving the winning notification email.

The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel a bid at any time, without prejudice.

Payment in person at the time of pick-up is accepted only with prior arrangement with the
auctioneer.

Buyer's Premium & Taxes

An 18% Buyer's Premium is added to the subtotal of the winning bid amount, plus 5% GST and
7% PST (BC).

Example: Winning Bid $100.00 + 18% Buyer& #39;s Premium = $118.00 + 5% GST ($5.90) + 7%
PST ($8.26) = Total Purchase Price: $132.16

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit Card: Not accepted for purchases over $1,500. For eligible purchases ($1,500 or under)
paid by credit card, a 2.5% surcharge applies (4% for American Express).

E-Transfer: Send to accounts@directliquidation.ca. In the message field, include your paddle
number or invoice number (both found on your invoice).

Bank Draft: Please make payable to J.L. & Sons Trading Co. Ltd.
Cheque: Not accepted.
Cash: Exact amount only, please.

The successful bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling fees including any customs costs. The bidder is responsible to start the pickup/shipping process as soon as payment has been made. The shipping process will begin once all payments are finalized. The bidder is responsible to inform the auction house about their shipping arrangements.

ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BEFORE THE PICKUP DEADLINE WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF DIRECT LIQUIDATION AND WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER WITH NO REFUNDS UNLESS ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH DIRECT LIQUIDATION.
