Prospective buyers are encouraged to attend the scheduled preview to inspect items in person and assess their condition prior to bidding. Our team will be available on-site to answer questions. Please note that all items are sold “as is, where is,” with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
While previewing, buyers are asked not to open or damage items that remain sealed in their original packaging. Display models are available for most items upon request. Please be advised that most carpets are not available for preview.

Following the close of the auction, successful bidders will receive their invoice via email. Full payment must be completed prior to pickup or shipping. Buyers are responsible for arranging pickup or shipping promptly after payment is made. Shipping arrangements may commence only after all payments have been finalized.
Failure to collect items by the stated pickup deadline will result in forfeiture.
All items not picked up within the designated timeframe will become the property of Direct Liquidation. No refunds will be issued unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing with Direct Liquidation.
