Traditional Nepalese Kukri (Khukuri) knife set featuring the classic recurved chopping blade associated with Gurkha regiments. The main blade is accompanied by the two customary accessory tools: the karda (small utility/skinning knife) and the chakmak (sharpening steel/fire striker), housed in the twin side-slots of the scabbard. The sheath is finished in decorative fabric or leather and is paired with a wooden display stand.

This example includes an engraved presentation plaque reading: "PRESENTED TO LARRY LEUNG C.C. ON THE OCCASION OF HIS RETIREMENT BY THE STAFF OF MQAO NT13 APRIL 1985." The set was likely commissioned as a formal retirement gift, combining a traditional ethnographic weapon with a custom commemorative inscription.

Materials: Steel blade; accessory knives; fabric/leather-covered scabbard; wooden stand; engraved metal plaque.
Origin: Nepal (blade and accessory knives).
Date: Mid-20th century with 1985 presentation engraving.
Features: Classic Gurkha Kukri profile; karda and chakmak; decorative scabbard; custom retirement plaque.
